1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vritto (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vritto is a life operating system that provides structured, purpose-built modules for managing various domains of life including tasks, calendar, health, finance, knowledge, and more. The Service is provided via web application at vritto.web.app and may extend to mobile platforms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
• Is intended to harass, abuse, or harm another person

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the third party's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time. Upon disconnection, we will delete the stored access tokens and synced data associated with that integration.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Vritto and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vritto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
